Adam Goodman joined host Ed Berliner and co-panelist Lisa Jandovitz to discuss issues of the day on NewsmaxTV’s Midpoint. Among these issues were the pending confirmation of Loretta Lynch as U.S. Attorney General.
Reverend Al Sharpton, civil rights activist, has promised a hunger strike along with female civil rights leaders until Lynch is cofirmed as Eric Holder’s replacement.
“To have Al Sharpton in your corner always has to leave you sleepless at night,” said Adam Goodman.
Goodman, Jandovitz, and Berliner also discussed the potential of New Jersey Governor Chris Christie in the Republican primary and in the 2016 presidential election, the scandal surrounding the General Motors ignition switch failures, and Ann Coulter’s assertion that literacy tests be used as a prerequisites for Americans to vote.
