Blair is an Executive Director in the investment team.

Previously, he worked as a lawyer in Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s London office, where he specialized in the financing of European real estate transactions and loan portfolio acquisitions, advising Victory on a number of matters during that time. Prior to this, he worked as a finance lawyer at Clayton Utz and Minter Ellison, two of Australia’s leading law firms.

Blair has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Griffith University in Australia, and is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. He is originally from New Zealand and has worked throughout Europe and Australia.
