Daniela is the Operations Manager for Victory.

Prior to joining Victory, Daniela worked in the Media and Advertising space driving forward growth and ensuring operational effectiveness at a boutique headhunting firm. Before this, Daniela worked extensively in the Oil and Gas sector, where she helped launched two companies and developed company-wide policies and procedures to ensure efficiencies whilst working with colleagues across Europe.

Daniela holds a bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Modern Languages & European Studies from the University of Bath. She is fluent in French & Italian after having lived and studied in both countries.
