Beatrice is a Corporate Administrator at Victory and is part of the finance and operations team.
She has an Advanced LL.M. in European and International Business Law from Leiden University and a bachelor’s degree in Private Law from Paris Panthéon-Assas University.
Beatrice brings experience in M&A, corporate law and regulatory compliance, having completed traineeships at international law firms across Europe. Prior to joining Victory, she also completed a traineeship at the EU Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER), where she contributed to market surveillance and regulatory oversight within the European energy sector.
Her academic and professional experiences span several EU countries, including France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. She is fluent in French, English and Romanian, and also speaks German and Chinese.
