Erik Moresco
Founder / Managing Partner
Erik is the Founder and Managing Partner of Victory.
He created Victory in 2009 with the aim of creating a firm where he and other like-minded professionals could undertake ambitious projects. Carefully hand-selecting investments allows Erik and senior management to remain more personally involved than they could at traditional larger investment firms.
Prior to joining Victory, Erik was a Managing Director at Blackstone where he was responsible on behalf of the firm’s real estate private equity funds across nine European countries. Before this, he spent nearly six years with Morgan Stanley's investment banking division in their New York, London, and Paris offices, working on mergers and acquisitions, LBOs, restructurings, debt and equity issuance as well as real estate private equity investment.
Erik received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and has native-level fluency in English, French, and Spanish. He has lived and worked throughout North America, Latin America, Europe and Africa.
