Jian is a Fund Accountant in the finance team.

Prior to joining Victory, Jian spent four years at Aprirose, a real estate investment company, where he worked as a group management accountant looking after the 26-hotel Qhotel portfolio since their acquisition in September 2017, as well as several other hotel investment portfolios in London. Before this, he worked as a management accountant for six years in the hospitality industry.

Jian is a fully qualified ACCA chartered certified accountant, as well as currently studying CTA. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
