Judith Phillips
Finance Director
Judith is Victory’s Finance Director, providing maternity cover for our Head of Finance.
Prior to joining Victory, Judith has worked as a consultant/interim director at many blue-chip investment managers and private equity/real assets firm. Most recently, she was the Fund Finance Director at Aviva Investors plc responsible for the strategic process design for all fund operations models and implementation of the outsourced operations of the real assets’ investment team as well as working on the development and launch of two climate/sustainability funds investing across Europe. Before this, Judith worked on several real estate funds and joint ventures with various established institutional partners across Asia-Pacific, US, and Europe, at well-known institutions, including Round Hill, Blackrock, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, and HSBC.
Judith has a master’s degree in international relations from Queen Mary’s University of London and is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (UK).
