Kylie Holmes
Head of Finance
Kylie runs the finance team at Victory and is involved in all aspects of structuring, tax and finance related to Victory’s investments.
Prior to joining Victory, she was a Divisional Director at M7 Real Estate where she was responsible for overseeing the fund accounting function for multiple central and pan-European real estate funds and several joint ventures with various established institutional partners, as well as being involved in the launch of multiple real estate funds investing across all of Europe. Before this, Kylie worked at both Westfield and Goodman in New Zealand.
Kylie has a Bachelor of Business degree and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand, and she is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Australia and New Zealand). She worked in New Zealand before moving to the UK.
