Mariam is the Office and Personal Assistant to the team in Amsterdam.

Prior to joining Victory, Mariam was the Executive Secretary to the Faculty Board of Law at Amsterdam's Vrije Universiteit (VU). Before transitioning to academia, she spent eight years in high-end hospitality, working with organisations such as BNP Paribas and the European Medicines Agency.

Mariam is fluent in Dutch, English, and Arabic, and has growing proficiency in Spanish.
