Molly is the Operations Assistant and Team Personal Assistant at Victory.

Prior to joining Victory, Molly began her career in high-end hospitality management before moving on to work at a commodity brokerage, where her interest in the financial sector grew.

Molly holds a bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Acting from the University of Essex.
