Victory Group acquires ABN AMRO’s Zuidas head office
Amsterdam, 9 December 2021 - ABN AMRO and Victory Group have announced that they have reached an agreement regarding the sale and leaseback of the bank’s head office at Gustav Mahlerlaan in the Zuidas, Amsterdam. The intended sale of the building, also known as the “Gustav Mahler building”, was announced in November 2020.
The sale to Victory Group marks the return of the real estate investor to the Zuidas having previously transformed the Atrium with G&S Vastgoed which started a post-financial crisis rejuvenation of the whole area.
